Greetings Joysetters,

Its been a bit since my last broadcast. The "day job" has kept me pretty busy and I have kept my focus on writing the posts for the "Habits for Well-Being" series. Five done, four more to go. I am proud to say I have built a habit of creating on new post each week for the last 6 weeks with momentum to complete the series in a nine week streak if not sooner. You'll find links to all the posts so far below.

I hope your life is full of abundance, growth, and even a few mistakes with the perspective of making them stepping stones in your journey.

Leave who you were. Love who your are. Look Forward to who you will become.

The past no longer exists. It is over. Enjoy the successes. Learn from the mistakes. Plan the next steps of your journey. Here is my Leave, Love, Look Forward for the week:

I am trying to Leave this winter but the universe can't make up it's mind. :)

I Love the flow, focus, and momentum I have on the "Habits for Well-Being" blog series.

Look Forward

I Look Forward to Seth Godin's new book coming out in May.

You better believe my copy is on preorder. I'll be giving away a few copies in a random drawing of subscribers to this newsletter which means you are already in there. If you know of anyone that would be good addition to our community just copy and past the following link and send it to them to subscribe.

What's your Leave, Love, Look Forward for the week?

The Journey Forward: The Promise of Spring read on MICHAELWGUSKY.COM | February 3, 2023 February Self-Care: Taking Advantage of the Return of Daylight This week marked a few annual milestones / holidays. The pagan celebration of Imbolc. The Catholic holiday of St. Brigid's day or Candlemas. And the U.S. version of all of this as Groundhog Day. In the end, they are all about the returning of daylight and the promise of Spring. February can be a trying month for those in the Northern...

The Journey Forward: Happy New You! read on MICHAELWGUSKY.COM | January 14, 2023 Wow, it's 2023! Aren't we supposed to have flying cars and floating cities by now? :) I hope you had a wonderful Holiday season. I disconnected in a major way and chased the sunshine which was a pretty big challenge this past month. No matter how far south I went it seemed that the cold weather was following me. I managed to find that big yellow ball in the sky for a few days along with a couple days of...

The Journey Forward: Gratitude read on MICHAELWGUSKY.COM | 11/25/2022 Greeting Joysetters, The reflection of the week was, of course, gratitude, given that it was Thanksgiving this week. Happy Belated Thanksgiving, by the way. I hope you and yours had a great day full of joy, connection, reflection, and, yes, gratitude. As I reflected on all that I was grateful for, I was drawn to the past more than the present. Even the challenges of the past. It is these challenges that drive our...
